Over the years I’ve subscribed to Lots of newsletters which pile up in my inbox every morning and give me a great deal of stress about how I’m going to read them all. Would strongly recommend. Here’s some of my favourites!
Favourites
- personal canon on literature and books, informing a lot of my bucket list books
- Statecraft is an utterly brilliant newsletter on government, bureaucracy, and organisations, with in-depth and technical interviews with insiders

- bits about money with irregular, highly technical essays about the inner workings of our banks and financial system
- dirt.fyi with fantastic opinions, fiction, and reviews
- Semafor with daily round-ups of political and economic news stories
- Astral Codex Ten with general rational! perspectives
- The Browser with two great articles a day

Serial Fiction
As works come into the public domain, people have started distributing them by email, one chapter or story at a time. I think it’s a really nice way of reading old works, if you’re okay with a slightly lower intensity. Here are some of my favourites.
