This is a masala used to make tea. You add it with loose tea to water, heat until it almost boils over, add an equal amount of milk, wait till that almost boils over, and then strain.
For the below recipe, you need an electric mixer to blend the spice mix.
Ingredients:
3 tbsp cloves (elaichi)
1/4 cup cardamom (laung)
1.5 tbsp black peppercorn (kalamirchi)
2 sticks cinnamon (dalchini)
1/4 cup dried ginger powder
1 tsp nutmeg powder
Add the following in a broad non-stick pan and dry roast on medium for a minute:
