Chilli Garlic Sauce

This is a really good accompaniment which adds some spice.

  1. Heat ~2 tbsp vegetable oil till quite hot but not smoking! Then take off the heat
  2. Add a whole bulb of chopped garlic
  3. Add 1/4 tsp salt (to taste)
  4. Add 1.5 tbsp of chilli flakes
  5. Leave to absorb
  6. If you want it faster, heat a little
