Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients for 50-60 cookies:

  1. Preheat oven to 180C
  2. Sift and mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt
  3. Stir this into the butter
  4. Stir in the sugar
  5. Add the egg/flaxseed
  6. Separate into small cookies, ~10g each, not too thin, separated
  7. Bake for 9 mins or so
