Spring Onion subji
Ingredients:
- 6 spring onions, chopped in ~1/2cm pieces
- Ground roasted peanuts
- Heat 1tbsp of oil on high
- Add 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
- Reduce heat to medium low
- Add spring onions
- Add 1/4tsp turmeric, 1/4tsp coriander powder, 1/8tsmp garam masala, 1/8tsp kala masala
- Add salt to taste
- Stir a lot, it will take a while to cook but make sure it doesn’t overcook
- Steam if it takes a while but don’t add any water
- Turn off heat
- Add peanuts
