Thai Red Curry

Ingredients:

  1. Cook all of the above and set aside (in the suggested pairings)
  2. Heat 1 tsp of oil, and add garlic and thai red curry paste
  3. Stir fry on low for a minute, don’t change the colour of the paste
  4. Add coconut milk and cooked vegetables
  5. Add basil leaves and lime to taste
  6. Add chopped red chilis
