I watched this at the Picturehouse on the 17th of June, 2025.
Honestly pretty average. It’s a thriller about a woman who is manipulated by her junkie kid into covering up the death of an addict, and how she’s blackmailed into arson for insurance money, and how she outwits and frames the guy, and the plot is decent but otherwise the sound design, dialogue, pacing, were all underwhelming.
Pretty tense at parts though! And Sidney Sweeney did a decent job of being the daughter, looks like she’s trying to branch out a bit.
