Sacrid’s Pod

Sacrid’s Pod is a longish sci-fi and it’s utterly brilliant. It’s about a wayward woman sent to an AI prison by her religious parents, in which she is doomed to live out the rest of her life, but which affords her ultimate freedoms: the AIs will help her see anything and travel anywhere, artificially.

After the first act of introduction, the second act investigates the form of escape she may attain. It’s really well done, reminiscent of Chambers and the_metamorphosis_of_prime_intellect].
